With a tenacious spirit and unsurpassable work ethic, Kristin utilizes her skillsets to provide value and passion to her work environment. Growing up in Garrett County on a horse farm, she learned from a very early age what hard work and determination can achieve. Active in 4H and sports in school, she carried these passions into the University level, competing for the West Virginia University Equestrian Team while earning her degree in Journalism with a minor in communications. 

After graduating from West Virginia University in 2014, Kristin moved back to her home here at Deep Creek Lake and joined the Railey Realty team. Born and raised in Garrett County, she knows first hand what makes this place so special. As part of the Railey team, Kristin's primary role encompasses media and marketing within the company. Shortly after joining Railey Realty as a staff member, she became a real estate licensee within the brokerage. Kristin later earned her Masters Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University, adding to her marketing-focused skillset. In 2022, Kristin earned her GRI designation through Maryland Realtors, followed by her Associate Broker license later that year. 

With a background in volunteer work and community involvement, Kristin takes an active role in her community. Kristin serves on the Board of Directors for The Dove Center and is an active member of planning committees for the Mountain Maryland Dragon Boat Festival and The Festival of Trees. In addition, she is an active member of the Garrett County Chamber of Commerce Diplomat Committee. Kristin serves on the local Garrett County Board of REALTORS as a Board Director, serves as Chair for the PR/Outreach committee, serves on two other GCBR committees, and was previously Chair for the Maryland REALTORS networking committee, which she remains active on. She is also President of Mountain Top Saddle Club - a non-profit equestrian club that hosts local horse shows. 

When she's not plugged into work, Kristin can be found at the barns with her two horses, skiing every chance she can in the winter, jumping in the lake, or reading a book. She lives in Oakland on a farm with her husband, young daughter, and their many spoiled cats.
