Steve played college basketball at Garrett College from 1988-89, coming back to help coach in the mid-90s, and graduated from West Virginia University in 1992. Prior to coming to Railey Realty, Steve worked for 25 years in the financial service industry as West Virginia Director of Operations for Luttner Financial Group in Morgantown.

In his free time, Steve enjoys traveling all across the US to fly fish and hunt, outdoor photography, WVU sports, and watching St. Louis Cardinals Baseball team.

Steve currently resides in Arthurdale, WV, close by to his two adult sons, Jimmy and Jacob, who live in Morgantown. Jimmy played baseball at WVU from 2015-18 and was drafted by the Chicago White Sox in 2018. Jacob works as a coal miner in Garrett County.
