Why Work With Railey Realty?

Jon knew what to do when we got a good qualified buyer on the line, and made the sale happen with all that he did to get it closed.

We received some great advice finding the right house, good market intelligence prior to making an offer and incredible support during and after our purchase. Our realtor has become our friend and go to guy for all things Deep Creek.

Our agent was good. He always kept us informed about selling problems at this time in the season, prices were down. He explained the problems, and he didn't give up.

Rachel was always very helpful, quick to respond to our questions and provided everything that we needed to complete our purchase. She personally made herself available for us whenever she could, set up meetings with others, etc. Which was great because we live out of the area. Thanks again Rachel, for you service!!

If you want to sell property at Deep Creek Lake, choose Railey Realty – the best in the business.

I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for your hard work on selling my house at 905 Louisiana Ave, Cumberland, MD.  I had the property listed with several other agents over the years and didn't get so much as a showing.  Once you listed it, the property got a lot of attention and numerous showings.  Despite dealing with other, and sometimes difficult/unprofessional, realtors you were able to sell the house.  Additionally, you didn't even have to take the listing because it is out of your normal area.  Thank you for your hard work and helping to sell the house!  I've worked with several Realtors and you're without a doubt the best!!

Everyone at Railey Realty was helpful, professional & welcoming. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience selling our lakefront home. We had two offers in two weeks and it all went smoothly. Thanks to our agents work and the market search of Railey!

The sale and settlement was handled in an excellent, convienent manner. Thank you all!

Larry is a trustworthy, reliable, professional person. We felt really comfortable and secure working with him.
