Why Work With Railey Realty?

We absolutely loved Susan and had a wonderful experience! Susan is the best!

I wanted the best in the business because it was going to be a difficult buy. Mike Kennedy is the best in the business and he proved it again! It was flawless and I had no stress or worries the entire time. I'm forever greatful. I would only recommend Mike & Railey Realty. Thank you for a truly awesome experience.

Nancy was great! She kept me up to date and my unit sold quickly. I eally didn't need to do anything. She took care of it all. I highly recommend her.

Nancy treated us like family.

The sellers originally pulled the house off the market and Mike followed up with a timely inquiry with the sellers agent and we were able to purchase the home. The buying process was easy and Mike took us out to the home several times and in bad weather. He communicated with us throughout the process and we would highly recommend him to other potential buyers.

Our experience with Carol was very good. She knew the ins and outs of the Wisp and represented Railey and herself well. Carol is knowledgeable and worked with us throughout the whole process. We appreciate her efforts!

Ease of availability, friendly, professional, transparent, flexible, and knowledgeable!

Mike was always quick to answer emails and our phone calls. He was on top of the situation. Being a forclosure we had no knowledge of what to expect. Mike helped us navigate our way to home ownership. We love the house.

Megan is the best! A real pro and a joy to work with!

Very professional service and agent had excellent understanding of the market in Garrett County.
