Why Work With Railey Realty?

We love working with the Liller family!! Helpful beyond expectations! Thank you for another successful transaction!

Purchasing our cabin in the woods could not have been easier. Our primary residence is out of state and Railey Realty and their staff were very accomodating in order for us to complete our purchase. We are very excited to start vacationing in Deep Creek Lake! Many thanks!

Mike kept us updated on all the "going ons" with our purchase. The book at the end of the closing made us feel so appreciated.

Thank you so much for selling our house.

We truly appreciate your role in the whole transaction and feel that it was due to your professional work ethic and reputation that everything weny so smoothly. We are completely satisfied with how things turned out.

Sincere thanks and good luck in the future.

Susan was personable, knowledgable and responsive, making our overall experience pleasurable.

Susan was excited about my aunts little house. She quickly identified the two demographic groups that would be interested in a small home, marketed it to those groups, took amazing pictures of the house and it quickly had two offers. She worked very hard and long hours. Any suggestions she made along the journey were "spot on!" We really enjoyed working with Susan and would definitley recommend her and Railey Realty!

First class service all areas!

Best agent in Garrett County.

Buying process was quick and easy and weekend support is a big plus for out-of-towners!

Susan was fabulous from start to finish. Have purchased many homes and this process was made seemless by Susan!
