Why Work With Railey Realty?

Both Mike's experience and Railey's market penetration were driving factors in our choice of realtors and real estate company.

Our experience working with Railey was excellent. Our agent was always able to meet our needs and always took our phone calls. Railey is the right firm to use when buying real estate in Garrett County.

Megan was professional, extremely helpful and cooperative at all times! Great attention to detail and always followed up promptly with our calls and requests.

We had a very pleasant experience working with Mike. He was understanding about our needs, our budget and very accomodating with our limited time. Pleasure to work with him!

Everything went smoothly for the most part. Kathy was very patient with us! We are pleased!

We found our Railey agent to be very professional, knowledgable, and very helpful in selling our property quickly. Her knowledge of the area and comparable properties made our experience very positive and provided us with a sense of confidence in her recommendations.

I was extremely satisfied and greatly appreciated the professionalism with which Bill handled the sale. Especially, in view of the several glitches along the way. I had never met him, but knew of him by reputation for over 25 years, so it was natural to call him when I decided to sell. He did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to recommend him and Railey Realty to friends.

I've bought several properties and Larry was the most helpful agent I have ever used. I would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for property.

We really appreciate the quick reply and always there for any questions we had. Kept the ball rolling inspite fo the speed bumps we hit. He was also very patient with us as we were coming to the end. Have already recommended him as a realtor to others we have spoken to.

We had a great experience with everything moving very quickly and smoothly. Kellyann got us a fair price and contract terms we were happy with.
