Why Work With Railey Realty?

Working with Russell was an unbelievable experience. Russell was extremely knowledgeable of all of the lakefront properties and areas we visited. He understood what parameters we were looking for in a property, and supported us 100% from our beginning showings to our ultimate closing. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for Deep Creek Lake property to use Russell Bounds as your agent. Thank you Russell...you helped make our dream property come true.

Russell was determined to succeed in a tough sale situation! He kept a positive approach when others would have soured. When we finally got some action, he stayed on top of things until we finished. There were a couple of odd issues (mineral rights), and Russell found answers that even the attorney's missed! I only know him from a hard sale, and based on that would recommend him for any sort of real estate work! I am a broker in MD myself, working in commercial, and am very glad we selected Russell. We found him to be diligent, honest, knowledgeable, and hard working!

We have worked with Russell since 1998 with six transactions in all. He has been very professional and made all of the transactions very easy for us. Russell kept us informed at every step of the process. His knowledge of the area and local market is impressive. We would encourage anyone looking for a real estate agent to contact Russell. He's the best!

This is the second time we have worked with Russell in both purchasing and selling of homes. He knows his business and he knows the area better than anyone. I would not think about working with anyone else.

Russell Bounds is by far the best agent we have ever worked with in our many years of buying or selling properties. His experience/ knowledge and ability to listen to his clients needs puts him in a class all of his own. He helped us navigate this crazy real estate market we a re in right now and found a perfect home for our needs. We couldn't be happier with Russell or his representation of Railey Realty. First class all the way!

Very pleased with Russell Bounds, made this sale extremely easy!! Will definitely look him up when looking for a place for our self.
