Why Work With Railey Realty?

Steve Ritchie was excellent to work with during my recent purchase. He was very responsive and kept me up to date on everything every step of the way from initial signing of contract to closing.

My wife and I have known Steve professionally for many years. Besides being a master in his craft, he is honest, patient, straightforward and always available for consultation and advice. Railey Realty should feel proud to have someone like Steve with his moral compass and expertise. Steve and his wife, Chris, make a terrific sales duo. We truly appreciate everything they did to make sure we sold our home in these difficult times. Many thanks!!

Steve Ritchie is just a good guy! Enough said!

Steve and his wife are very nice and work hard to get the job done!

Steve went out of his way and made extraordinary efforts to get the transaction done smoothly.

Choosing really was a no-brainer as we know the area very well and know that really has a huge percentage in the area. We value the experience. Steve was very knowledgeable and was able to guide us through the whole process. And what is a very busy. Our experience was seamless. From the moment we placed our offer to closing Steve’s advice in contact these the spot mean every time.

Steve and Chris worked very hard to find our perfect home. I couldn’t have asked for any better service. They are so knowledgeable about the area and homes. We appreciate everything they have done and are still doing for us.

I was very pleased with Railey Realty. My agent was excellent! Easy to work with, took care of everything very promptly, was always available to answer questions or take action on a request. He handled simple requests and complicated issues and could not have been nicer to work with. I would recommend him highly. I was very pleased with the results of the sale.

All good – Steve and Chris are very experienced and knowledgeable. Very Pleased!

Steve and Chris are amazing! Always there no matter when we had questions or needed their time on the lot. Very informative and helpful. Love them both!!! Amazing!
