Nina was extremely helpful in helping us purchase our first lake home this past year. She was super patient, responsive, and proactive in an extremely competitive market. She understood the nuances of the local market, how to navigate the offer and negotiation process, managed expectations masterfully, and bent over backwards to be sure we were comfortable with our purchase. Nina is a highly sought-after realtor in the area, yet when she was with us, we had her undivided attention. Without reservation, we would recommend Nina to anyone searching for a home in the Deep Creek area!

I came to Nina Beitzel at Railey Realty after seeing some of her other listings. I had heard that selling a tear-down cabin with 18 acres of woods could take months or even years. Nina recruited several bids, negotiated with buyers, and closed the sale in less than 30 days.
