Why Work With Railey Realty?

Justin was very helpful during this hard time of selling the family home from long distance. I thank him for his guidance and effort during this long process. It was a very hard home to sell.

My listing took a long time to get to settle due to buyers, think marathon. My agent helped keep it on track even helping the buyer. He did a good job. Thanks Justin

From the start of our process, through close and even there after Justin has been great. His knowledge of DCL, the market and how to approach our deal landed us our dream vacation home. He was responsive at all hours and always provided great directions. We couldn't have asked for a better agent!

Issues with Deep Creek Title aside, Justin was and has been an absolute pleasure to work with, highly recommended!

Justin was a great realtor! He never pressured us. He was very knowledgeable and was patient with our questions.

Justin is the absolute best at marketing your property. This is the third time we have engaged him to sell property and we have twice used him in purchasing. Justin promptly responds to phone calls and messages, is professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about his job. Besides being an excellent agent, Justin is friendly and enjoyable to spend time with.

Justin Liller and Joanna Nickels were absolutely wonderful to work with! They were very quick to respond to our many questions and guided us through their buying process. We would highly recommended Justin and Joanne to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Deep Creek. Thanks for everything!

Chose Justin because of his excellent marketing! Found him in many different areas of social media as well as signs etc. He was very professional.

Justin Liller is the best agent we have worked with. Justin is so hardworking and showed so much care for us as his clients. We plan to contact Justin and Railey Realty in the future. We plan to recommend Justin to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you so much Justin for your kindness, professionalism, and hard work ethic. You are AMAZING!
