Railey Realty made the process of buying our home seamless, most of that is accredited to our agent Kathy Gibson. Kathy is both professional and personable and she was there when we needed her every step of the way. We recommend Railey Realty!

The purchase of a new home can be exciting but also stressful! Kathy Gibson was outstanding! Referred her to others!

We had a great experience with Kathy! She is very professional, nice, and easy to work with. Highly recommend her.

We owned a lot in Oakland for many years, but we don't live locally, and we were never able to build on it ourselves. We had listed it for sale several times over the years., but it never had an offer. This spring we received a postcard about a lot across the street from ours that had sold, and with the market so hot, we knew now was the time to put it up for sale. We saw Kathy Gibson had sold that lot, so we contacted her about listing ours. Since we live out of the area, we were able to do the paperwork online, which was very convenient for us. The lot sold quickly, all paperwork was processed immediately, and we are very pleased with the whole experience. After id had sold, we received a postcard that Kathy had ordered to help sell out the lot, and it is a great souvenir of our quick sale.

Thank you so much, Kathy, and the whole Railey Realty crew!!!

Kathy was a wonderful positive force in a seller’s market. Kept coming with new ideas and positivity. A joy to work with. We finally secured our dream home due to her hard work and patience. She was awesome.
