A little more about Nick -
My name is Nick Fratz-Orr. I am 21 years old, from Oakland, Maryland. I have five siblings; 2 brothers and 3 sisters, and two awesome parents. I went to Broadford Elementary School, then graduating to Southern Middle School for 6th and 7th grade. From 8th grade until graduation, I attended a homeschool curriculum to better suit my active sport and travel lifestyle. From age 6 to now at age 21, I have been racing motocross all across the country. After competing in years of Amateur National Events, Pro-Am Events, Local races and countless injuries, I finally earned my professional license to compete with the same athletes you see on television today. I am still actively training to compete in the 2015 AMA Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship Series broadcasted live on Fox Sports 1. During this 15 years of racing and traveling, I learned to acquire my own sponsors and develop relationships, run large equipment, practice healthy eating and exercise, train young racers and gain a niche for the art of mechanical work. At the beginning of 2014, I began distributing health and wellness products. I did really well and started making some money, gaining excellent sales experience. August of 2014, I took a job serving tables at a local restaurant. About a month later in September, I realized that with what I learned selling the health and wellness products, then serving tables, I was looking for a change. I had always liked the idea of being my own boss and creating my own schedule. At that point, I made the move to purchase a pre-licensing course for real estate in the state of Maryland. After a few hiccups and about 7 months, I am happy to announce that I have passed all my exams, and earned my Maryland Real Estate License. I received a nice, warm welcome from everyone at Railey Realty and have awesome support from my family to excel towards reaching my goals in the real estate industry. I am very excited to get off to a running start, pave a good path and build a solid foundation of customers and clients. Thank you everyone for your support.
