While everything in today’s world is fast-paced, you’d need quite a bit of coffee, a lot of energy, and an extra large planner to keep up with Nina Beitzel. You can catch her teaching group fitness classes, showing clients properties, writing offers in the office at 9 PM, chasing her 2-year-old around, and even running marathons. Somehow in the midst of her career and motherhood, though, she makes time to enjoy life at the lake and give back to her community.
Nina grew up in Wexford, PA and graduated from West Virginia University. After meeting her husband at WVU, they married and she moved to Deep Creek Lake, where she’s been spreading her roots ever since. She’s also in the process of obtaining her MBA!
Nina started her real estate career in 2014 and in her usual style, hit the ground running full speed. She’s built her career helping buyers and sellers from all over the spectrum – from first time home buyers looking for the perfect primary home to a second home buyer looking for their lakefront dream home. Her professionalism, dedication to her clients, and incredible will and grit to get the job done have only fueled her career.
Aside from her real estate career, Nina has also become one of the area’s most requested group exercise instructors. With 10 years of experience and a never-ending list of new and tough exercises, a hard and rewarding workout is guaranteed. You can catch Nina teaching at Deep Creek Fitness weekday mornings! She’s also the exercise content developer for Complete Physique, which offers online content and support for members.
Nina’s passion can be felt the most, though, when she’s talking about the causes she holds near to her heart. She is involved in the Pittsburgh based Women’s Choice Network Life Disciple program, which helps to mentor women with at-risk pregnancies. As a young mother herself, she understands and knows exactly how hard and scary it can be at times. She recently started her own initiative to help both local women and those using Women’s Choice Network for help. Women’s Choice Network currently offers ‘baby bags’ for new mothers in need, consisting of simple things like blankets, washcloths, and other necessities. Nina recently started a campaign on her Facebook page to make her own version of the baby bags, which will be donated to both local organizations and Women’s Choice Network to expecting mothers who do not have the means to purchase these necessary newborn care supplies. Nina also regularly volunteers for other company and community projects.
When she’s not working, you can guarantee Nina’s making the most of her free time. She enjoys biking, running, and all physical activities – the more difficult, the better. She actually just finished her second marathon! She’s also competed in a relay team for the Savageman Triathlon. She loves to spend as much time as she can enjoying the lake during the summer with her friends and family. Nina lives in McHenry with her husband Max, daughter Allie, and beagle Addie.
