His years of experience and expertise in the real estate industry, local knowledge only obtainable by spending his life at Deep Creek, and pure passion for the lifestyle here make him an incredible agent and an even better person to get to know.
Dale grew up right on the waters of Deep Creek Lake, working for his family at their local motel. He actually became quite the accomplished water and snow skier, competing in several national tournaments! After graduating from Garrett College, Dale ventured out to Colorado looking for greener pastures. 
What he found, though, was there really is no place like home. After he returned to Garrett County and Deep Creek Lake, Dale finally found the career path he would excel in – and that was real estate. Since then, Dale has been assisting buyers and sellers all over Garrett County! While years on the job are always nice when picking your agent, it’s also a comfort working with someone who has such a deep understanding and love for our area.
Aside from real estate, Dale has been able to also offer his expertise and time to many important local organizations and causes. Education was an especially important topic for Dale, which led him to hold a position on the Garrett County Board of Education! Dale is also able to put his athletic background to good use as a referee for the local AYSO and Mt. Top Soccer leagues. He’s also one of the first people to sign up for any volunteer and service work we do as a company! If you need a helping hand, Dale is your man.
Living at Deep Creek Lake brings an abundance of opportunity for those who love to be outside. You can bet that Dale takes full advantage of this beautiful place. In the summer you can almost always catch him on the water skiing or surfing, or ripping through the woods or a track on his dirt bike! He’s an avid downhill skier and loves to cross-country ski, too! Dale lives in McHenry with his wife Deborah and their two dogs. Their oldest daughter Christine graduated from Towson and is now teaching in Howard County and their youngest daughter Katie just finished her junior year at WVU.
