A passion for outdoors and an adventurous spirit aren’t necessary to live at Deep Creek - but take it from Mike Wallace, it sure makes it a lot more fun. Originally from Colorado, Mike has also spent time in Florida before planting his roots in Garrett County. Being able to live and work in such a diverse area that offers so many year-round activities makes your job that much more enjoyable. As a REALTOR, Mike is able to enjoy all Garrett County and Deep Creek have to offer while helping buyers and sellers make their real estate dreams come true.

He started his real estate career here selling property with Wisp Resort. Mike transferred his license to Railey Realty in the fall of 2017 and has been right at home with us since! Specializing in Deep Creek Lake & Wisp Resort area properties, Mike has the experience and knowledge of the area and local markets to help his clients get the most out of their real estate transactions and goals.
In his free time, Mike likes to use his passion for the outdoors to help others. When he lived in Colorado, he participated in blind skiers programs, providing a controlled and safe way for visually impaired children to ski. He picked right up where he left off when he moved here and has participated in the the Deep Creek Lions Club Blind Skier program at Wisp Resort. He’s also the Vice President for the North Camp community Home Owners Association.
When he’s not working, you can almost always catch Mike Wallace outside enjoying the weather - no matter what it is. From biking to hiking to skiing to kayaking, he definitely makes the most of every beautiful season at Deep Creek Lake. Both of Mike’s daughters currently live in Florida but visit Deep Creek often. Mike will be marrying his fiancé Sarah this fall.
