2019 is off to a great start! January 2019 showed many encouraging stats. Most notably, New Listings for the month were up more than 20%, rising from the 5-year January average of 41 to 50. Pending Sales were also up in January, with 35 pending sales in 2019 compared to the average of 33. Closed Sales were down, falling from the 5-year average of 25 to 17 in January 2019. Total Active Listings remain below average, with 335 last month. Average Days on Market also continues to decline from previous years, falling off the average of 218 to 178. February seems to have remained fairly busy with new listings and pending sales. Winter is coming to an end soon and the spring market will be here before you know it!
