The first time I heard about Deep Creek Lake, it was described to me as "Maryland's Best Kept Secret.” It only took one trip to Garrett County to convince me that I needed to be a part of this magical place. My wife and I will call this place home for the rest of our years. As a musician and a former chef, I have always had a deep appreciation for art and beauty. I spend most of my free time backpacking with my beagle, Junior, or hiking many of the amazing trails right in my backyard.
