As Deep Creek’s leading brokerage, we firmly believe it’s our responsibility to take all necessary precautions to help slow the spread of Covid-19 by following all Maryland Association of Realtors best practices and social distancing guidelines established by the CDC. As a classified essential business, we remain open to assist our clients. Our offices and procedures have been updated to comply with all current mandates. As a brokerage located in a resort market, we are already greatly experienced in conducting real estate from a distance.

Home Buying

Our agents and most staff continue to work remotely from home using the latest technology platforms to assist clients. Any member of our sales team can easily connect with you by phone, email, and either meet with you in person - or online if that’s your preference with Facetime or Zoom. To start your search, our website www.railey.com offers the largest selection of area listings for sale at Deep Creek, the most property tour videos, and other valuable information for buyers. Offers, Negotiations, and Contracts can easily be done over the phone, email, and online with our e-signature program. Real estate settlements continue to happen with title companies who have also enacted new procedures to protect their clients. We continue to facilitate the entire buying process including inspections, appraisals, walk throughs, and key delivery.

If you would like to see a house and meet in person, our agents are following these established best practices;

  • No more than 3 people, including the agent, may be at a property at any one time.

  • Those 3 people must strictly follow the physical distancing guidelines established by the CDC by remaining at least 6 feet apart at all times.
