The holiday season brings families and friends together to celebrate the joy of the season. Each year, Railey Realty and Railey Vacations donate gifts and food items for numerous local families through three organizations. For Thanksgiving, families are organized through Maryland’s Service Coordination – an organization that services families who have one or more disabled members. We were proud to sponsor 10 families for Thanksgiving, providing complete meals, including turkeys! For the Christmas holiday, Railey Realty and Railey Vacations provide toys for Toys for Tots, Rotary Christmas Project, and families through Service Coordination. This year, more than 170 presents were donated by our agents to help make Christmas special for children and families in the area. In addition to gifts, the combined companies donated complete Christmas Dinner meals to 10 families, more than 140 food items!
While we sign up for these programs each year, we're always blown away the generosity of our agents and staff. Aside from the donation itself, they help organize the boxes for pick-up, wrap presents, and tag gifts. We find ourselves incredibly fortunate to be surrounded by such wonderful and caring people. We're truly a family - and nothing warms our hearts more than sharing the holiday spirit with those less fortunate.
