Railey Realty is thrilled to announced that veteran agent Kellyann Green has earned her associate broker designation! Following the completion of the 4-month-long Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) certification, she amassed the 135 hours of education needed to qualify for the broker exam. The exam features two sections, one concerning Maryland law and real estate, and one covering federal principles, laws, and scenarios. Combined, the tests consist of 130 questions and a 2-hour time limit. According to the 2022 statistics released by the testing institution PSI, 56% of applicants pass the Maryland State Exam, while only 25% pass the National Exam.
Kellyann Green has been a REALTOR at Deep Creek Lake for more than twenty years and has spent the better part of life enjoying all the outdoor lifestyle has to offer. From competing in the SavageMan Triathlon locally to completing the Half-Dome hike out west, she isn't afraid of hard work and challenges. Kellyann and her husband Steve Green own local sporting goods store High Mountain Sports, and raised their two children right here in Garrett County. The entire Green clan have a large passion for skiing and all things outdoors.
