Railey Realty is proud to announce that agent and co-owner Russell Bounds has earned his Associate Broker designation! To earn this designation, a licensee must be licensed for at least three years, complete 135 hours of educational requirements, be in good standing with the real estate commission, and then pass two separate examinations. The national and state states are administered by PSI and are designed to test all fields of real estate knowledge and comprehension, including state laws, commission regulations, scenario-based questions, general real estate terms, ethics, and everything in between. After completing his GRI certification last summer, Russell was eligible to apply to take the broker exam.
