As a native to the area and second generation builder, Carl brings inside knowledge about Garrett County and the real estate and construction industry. After attending Southern Garrett High School and pursuing college, Carl earned his MHIC license and began working with his father and ultimately starting his own business, Signature Property Services. Years later, Carl has worked tirelessly to provide their clients with top-notch construction and remodeling services.
Combining his local knowledge of the area and his expertise in the construction industry, Carl brings a knowledgeable and trustworthy perspective to his real estate career. You can rest easy knowing you’ve hired a local expert! Aside from working and running his construction business, Carl can be found outside enjoying the splendor of Garrett County – whether it’s fishing or riding a UTV. He lives in Oakland with his wife Avonlea and their two young sons.
