A lifelong lover of adventure with a dedication to business and family, Pati Freeman brings a lifetime of experience to her real estate career. A native of Rockville, MD, Pati attended the Academy of Holy Cross and later moved to Frederick, MD, where she raised her family. On the weekends, Pati would take her family to their second home on the shores of Deep Creek Lake, spending nearly every weekend and summer season at the lake. Now that she’s here full-time, she plans to offer that same ‘home away from home’ experience for her grandchildren.
Pati first got involved with real estate nearly 50 years ago, starting RKF Contractors Inc with her husband. Their company has done everything from new builds to remodeling to renovating older homes. Her decades of experience came in handy while building her home here at Deep Creek in the Reserve at Holy Cross. Having worked in real estate sales as a licensed agent in Delaware, Pati earned her Maryland Real Estate License when she decided to move to Deep Creek full time.
In her free time, you’ll find Pati elbow deep in her garden, cultivating her arrangements and plants. During the summer months, Pati and her family spend as much time as they can on the boat enjoying the cool waters of the lake. Her two golden retrievers, Logan and Charley, love boat days just as much as the grandkids! In the winter you’ll find Pati enjoying live music at a local establishment or enjoying the snow on a snowmobile. Pati has been married for 50 years and has 3 adult children and 7 (soon to be 8!) grandchildren.
Combining her love for the area, her passion for family, and experience in construction and real estate, Pati brings a wealth of knowledge to her clients. As a second-home owner for many years, she understands better than anyone the ins and outs of owning a second home at Deep Creek, not to mention the many advantages! Her background in construction gives her a unique perspective on building the perfect home for your family at the lake. According to her, there’s no better place to live.
