2026 is off to a strong start! Compared to January 2025, January 2026 saw many improvements. New Listings were up 11%, and Total Homes Sold were up 8%. New Pending Sales also increased, with a 25% increase from last year. A few high-end properties closing in January skewed sold prices and dollar volume, so while those numbers are up tremendously, we’ll most likely see that level out over the next few months.
