We’re still off a strong start so far in 2026! Sold homes were up 48% this past month compared to February 2025. Many of these sales were in the luxury listing sector, which pushed Dollar Volume to see a 104% increase over 2025. New Listings and Active Inventory remain lower than last year, and New Pending Sales saw a slight dip. Average Days on Market for homes sold in February was 117 days, compared to 92 days in 2025.
Year to Date – January-February 2026
Looking at the year as a whole, the residential market has seen great improvement over the same time period last year. Total Homes Sold increased 32%, with 58 selling so far in 2026. Dollar Volume increased 89% over 2025, coming in at $44M at the end of February. A trend we’ve seen changing over the past few years, Average Days on Market continues to increase as we see a more even spread. While 31% of homes sold in 30 days or less, the same amount of homes sold in 180+ days.
Buyers
With spring just around the corner, new listings will begin hitting the market. March has already seen a large increase in new listings, with 20+ in the past 7 days.
