Railey Realty is proud to announce that partner and agent Nina Beitzel was awarded the Garrett County Chamber of Commerce Emerging Entrepreneur Award. Nina’s dedication to her community has spread far beyond her career – which is notable in its own right – and allowed for her to create opportunities for others.
Nina and her husband Max own and operate three apartment complexes in the area, capping rent at a reasonable rate to provide much needed long-term housing in our area. As a REALTOR, she knows how difficult it can be to save up for a home while renting. In another capacity, as a fitness instructor, Nina created Nina B Fitness – offering online work-out programs. Recently, she made this site free for all to use, sharing her love for health and fitness with any who wanted access.
Her real estate career has been nothing but stellar, rising to the one of the top agents in the area in less than 10 years. Her sales have out-paced veterans with decades of experience. Through her drive and commitment to her career, she was offered a partnership within Railey Realty, becoming the first female partner of the company.
