Railey Realty Team Member Kristin Skeweris Earns Associate Broker License

Railey Realty is proud to announce that our Media & Marketing Director Kristin Skeweris has successfully earned her Associate Broker license! Kristin completed the 135 hr pre-requisite through earning her Graduate REALTOR Institute certifications for 100, 200, 300 & 400 series. After earning her GRI certificate this summer, she successfully passed the two-part broker licensing exams in November. The notoriously difficult exam is comprised of two parts - a Maryland state-focused exam and a national exam. Kristin earned her salesperson license in 2015 and has been actively involved within the community and local board of realtors.
