May was a busy month! There were 76 New Listings in May 2025, matching new listings in May 2024. Overall, April remained fairly consistent with market trends we've seen so far in 2025. New Listings were up slightly, and Total Active Inventory is 34% higher than April 2024. The market was relatively flat in March, aside from Total Active Inventory, which was 45% higher than last year.
