The last month of 2024 ended fairly strong, maintaining most of the trends we saw throughout the year. Closed Sales were up 18%, with 45 homes selling in December 24 compared to 38 in December 23. September was a relatively quiet month, with only slight deviations from 2023 statistics. The only substantial change is that Active Inventory was 38% higher than last year. August saw several improvements in statistics over August 2023. Total Active Inventory continues to increase to more ‘normal’ levels, with 228 reported in August 2024.
